Swapnanil Talukdar is a Strategy and Systems Consultant specializing in transforming MSMEs in the Skills, Education, and Healthcare sectors. His work focuses on process optimization, institutional structuring, and Industry 4.0 & 5.0 readiness for service enterprises in emerging ecosystems.
Recognized nationally for innovation and grassroots impact, he is a recipient of the IGNITE Award presented by Late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam at IIM Ahmedabad. He was also selected for the Innovation Scholars In-Residence Programme at Rashtrapati Bhawan and has been honored under the National Grassroots Technology Innovation and Traditional Knowledge Awards supported by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.
From his early years, Swapnanil demonstrated a strong inclination toward impact-driven innovation with commercial viability. Supported by institutions such as ASTEC Patent Cell and the Regional Science Centre, his journey evolved from science-based problem solving to strategic consulting for institutional transformation.
