How it all began!
Background
Swapnanil Talukdar is a Strategy Consultant by profession and an Innovator and Entrepreneur by passion.
Popularly known as “A Social Engineer”, he is the recipient of IGNITE-14 Award by Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam (Former President of India) at IIM-Ahmedabad and selected for Innovation Scholars In-Residence Program at Rashtrapati Bhawan, Ninth National Grassroots Technology Innovation and Traditional Knowledge Award by DST, Youth Award for Contribution in Science and Technology by Indian Youth Forum, etc.
Founder of Aryabhatta Consultancy, he initiated his innovative journey from his school days by taking part in various scientific activities. He was passionate and was seen actively taking part in every Science Project Competition during his days in MVM. He shared an inclination for Impact driven projects with commercial viability. He was supported by the school management, ASTEC – Patent Cell and Regional Science Museum, Khanapara.
He feels Empathy based Leaders can truly bring about change and for the same he highlights the following characteristics or mantra: “A true CHANGEMAKER is one who is Conscious towards Sustainable Innovations or Start-up Ideas that is achieved through Impact Creation and Maintaining Excellence”. Being an Ashoka Youth Fellow, he strongly embraces that the Values and Attributes of a Changemaker include the following:

After completing Grade XII from Maharishi Vidya Mandir, he went on to pursue Electronics and Communication for higher studies. he took part in various national and international events namely: NASA – ISEI (Germany) for developing Space vehicles for NASA, National Taiwan University, Y2Y (Hong Kong, Sweden and Dubai )Summit, Harvard US-India Initiative – Mumbai, etc. to name a few.
Professionally is served as a strategist for GEV, ISKCON - Mumbai, Margdarshak Advisory - Guwahati, Spiela- UK, Together We Dream - UP, KIT91-Noida, IDYM Foundation - Bihar, and is currently an Empanelled Consultant for Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati and an Executive Strategist at The Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat.
